The week of activities begin with the Hoopla BBQ on Friday night at the Trail and Saddle Club with live music and a silent auction. The rest of the weekend is at the Carmel Valley Community Park featuring: arts and crafts, rides, food vendors and free concerts. The Fiesta Car Show, Run for the Sun, is the feature event on Saturday. The very popular and entertaining Doggie Show is our feature event on Sunday. The Fiesta is culminated by the Grand Prize Raffle Drawing at 3 pm on Sunday. The winner wins a one week stay at a large casa in Costa Rice plus $1500 towards travel expenses.

This body of work, titled Pond Farm, was created during and after Jessica Bovert’s artist residency at the historic Pond Farm Pottery, a former Bauhaus-influenced artists’ colony tucked in the redwoods of Sonoma County. Shaped by the quiet of the forest and the legacy of modernist craft, the work reflects both the landscape and the history of the site. Created during a time of national instability and personal transition, as Bovert prepares to welcome her first child, these pieces carry a quiet tension — a stillness held tightly amidst the uncertainty of the world beyond.
